Ingredients:
Carrot*, GF oat*, celery*, brown rice*, onion*, green lentil*, black bean*, tahini*, almond*, nutritional yeast, tamari*, chickpea flour, ketchup, tomato paste, basil, mustard, seasonings* Miso gravy : Miso*, grapeseed oil, maple syrup*, apple cider vinegar*, garlic*, ginger*, jalapeno*, arrowroot, tamari*(*Organic)
Allergens: nuts, mustard, soy.
Instructions:
Simmer water on the stove at medium-low heat, immerse the bag of veggie loaf
in water for 12-15 minutes from frozen, add the bag of miso gravy in the water for 1-2 min. Take out of water with tongs, cut the bag open, put on a plate and enjoy.
