How to Serve It

Thaw the patties in the bag. Take patties out of the bag and warm them up on the BBQ, fry in a pan or in a preheated oven at 350°F on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, until the inside temperature reaches 74°C or 163°F.

Warning: Handle with caution; the patties will be hot once reheated.
