Thaw the bag of skewers in the fridge overnight. Pre-heat convection oven to 375°F. Remove the skewers from the bag and place them on a parchment line baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reach 79°C or 174°F or grill on the BBQ preheated at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reach 79°C or 174°F, turn the skewers occasionally to prevent burning. Time may vary depending on oven/BBQ.
